Policies
Return Policy for Shipped Items
If you have received an item that is damaged or not to your standards, you must immediately email pictures of the product to us upon receiving the product. After we receive notification that the product was delivered, you will have up to five days to email us about any issues or your product cannot be returned with a refund.
**No returns on digital products.**
Return Policy for Items Bought In-Store
Items bought in store will not be returned with a refund. If there is an issue with an item you bought, we may be able to exchange it for a new item.
Regular Booking Policy
To cancel or reschedule which class you take, please contact us directly. If it is before 48 hours of the class, we will be able to refund half of your money back. If it is within 24 hours, no refund will be made.
Online classes will not be refunded.
**Cancellation and/or rescheduling policies may be different for special classes and private parties. Be sure to read the Terms & Conditions or Rules & Policies for these bookings.**
Special Classes Policy
To cancel or reschedule which class you take, please contact us directly. If it is before 72 hours of the class, we will be able to refund half of your money back. If it is within 48 hours, no refund will be made due to the expenditure and set up needed for the class.
