As you can see, the clay classes will be the same for two weeks, so that more people may take the class. The 4th Saturday of every month will be a clay class in the morning to allow for those who may not be able to take it during the week to take a clay class on the weekend.
For those who take the pottery wheel clay class: there will be a designated time on Saturdays to come in to learn to foot the pottery if you so wish. There will also be a designated time for you to come in to glaze the pot after it's been fired for the first time. These times will be included in the class description so be sure to read them when you are signing up for the class.
The classes will be open for people to start signing up for at the end of July!
For those interested in knowing price for classes:
The drawing and painting classes will be between $30-45 for adults, the clay classes will be $50. These prices do not include taxes. I'm expecting the children's classes to be $5-10 less than the adult classes, so between $20-35 for children, unless they will be working with clay then it will be $30-45.
There will still be party times available on Saturday nights!
There will be two time slots, each two hours long, for party options. The first is 6-8 p.m., and the second is 9-11 p.m. If you're an adult having a party with other adults over the legal drinking age, and would like to brink adult beverages, you will have to book for the second timeslot. The store will be closed to other customers early if you are doing so to protect everyone.
Just a reminder to that opening day is set for August 2nd! This is still on track to happen as long as we are able to get all the construction for the kiln done. If the construction for the kiln isn't done, art classes will be pushed back.
